Deniza Mulaj is an expert in project management, organizational development, and strategic communications, with over a decade of experience leading and executing high-impact initiatives across various sectors. Deniza is in the final stages of her Ph.D. in Mass Communication at Ohio University and holds a Master's degree in Sociocultural Anthropology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy & Economics.
Deniza is the Development Manager at Teach for Kosova, where she leads efforts to secure sustainable funding and develop a comprehensive financial support strategy. In addition to managing grants, Deniza contributes to the development and strengthening of organizational structures and systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
